Up . . Up . . .And AWAY!

So I fly away his Friday on the red eye to Columbus to meet up with the husband on Saturday. He is right now on his way to Minnesota for work. We actually have an appt at 1pm on Saturday to see our favorite house on our search! Then we are going to look at houses like gang busters so we can make an offer and get it in contract before we leave on Aug. 13. Oh my god we actually have to sign papers next week and write big checks. The husband is freaking out becasue I told him how much closing usually costs for a $150k house - hopefully we will get it rolled into the seller's concessions.

How is it possible to be so happy, excited, and terrified at the same time?!
